A half million shares on the offer will tend to do that.

I think it would be more productive to think in terms of market cap rather than price per share.  At the moment we are about $30 M, which could very well be modest once the 43-101 is reported.

Our best position likely would be for a niobium producer to simply pay x cents for pounds in the ground rather than form a joint venture.  Sure we do not get cash flow from production, but the agony is over.  For the producer the value of an aquisition is the discounted cash flow from servicing the minority interest in addition to full control over production and financing decisions.
