Nakate and $1.70 buy level for a trade

Nakate and $1.70 buy level for a trade

MY biggest disappointment with OTR's management is the way they have handled this production delay. In my opinion, if they had their ears to the ground they could have addressed this delay shortly after the flash crash that occurred in the middle of February. Lots of time to formulate an update for shareholders and the market instead of ponying up after the release of the MDA on March 28th. Damage done and then to have to state they will do a shelf financing on top of this shows little or no foresight or future planning on their part. Rookie status at best for these mistakes. WE are going to live another day , but potential investors now have the upper  hand. IMO
