SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF T.KRE.UN

Primary Symbol: KRE

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the regional banking segment of the U. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Regional Banks Select Industry Index (the index), the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the regional banks segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

RE: RE: RE: plz / kre

While I understand what you are saying about Huntingdon, I disagree. They have a history of parting out companies and selling them off in the same fashion as the movie "Wall Street". Plz on the other hand is by far a better fit as a whole. There certainly is nothing saying that Plazacorp won't move over to the TSX shortly after the purchase (they will be large enough to do that, no problem)..

As for KRE, they certainly prefer the plz offer overall - enough to recommend the Plazacorp offer.. If you want to read more detailed information on the deal I suggest heading over to V.PLZ and looking through their news releases...
