there is no ceiling, sky is the limit. it all comes down the growth trajectory of how much sales mb can generate. right now, the 5+ billion construction market is 90% lego, mb has about 450m, representing less than 10% of the pie, you do the math.

not sure what valuation you are refering to? market cap? mb is not even close. p/e? p/e is an indication of investor confidence or lack of confidence on the business' growth trajectory. anything over 15 means confidence in the future outlook of the business.
