I respectfully disagree with your statement crescentdawn.

Current valuation is $67 million dollars for a company that has no income. If the market didn't believe OPL management had anything beyond patents they would have a sub $1 million market cap. IMO the market has placed a reasonable value on the comapny based on the current state of OPEL's progress. If they continue to progress according to plan then that value will rise as well.
