I had no idea. The NR could have been worded better. The debt the company has is from the previous management and is not great...bet This well company just put the screws at a sensitive time when the company's cash is small. They will have an NR on Monday. The debt remaining I guess is between 500-800K based on previous discussions and annual reports. The situation has many positives, the CEO is determined and the company has real assets. This is market over-reaction to a not so well executed NR.

 

Buying opportunity...up to you. I did not sell.
