Funny you should mention that $614mm fine- I read a story earlier this week about 4 Fed judges refusing to accept "no-fault" settlement deals in these types of cases, where the guilty payors need not admit to any wrongdoing.  So yes, maybe there actually IS some meaningful change toward draining the sewers!

As for Marmol- hard pressed to understand why they would keep putting him out there. It shouldn't be for too long and Fuji can score some pts for ya! Have a good weekend- catch up soon.
