Not to disagree Fraser from IR has not receive his ballots and he works for the company. The mailing seems to be a bit problematic and BGM maybe concern over the lack of ballots. 

There are few,if any dissidents and yes I am one. There is a large number of unhappy shareholders.  The percentage for and the percentage withholding support is going to be a issue. This may mean nothing or may lead to someone resigning or stepping back.  I am expecting a dissident director.
