Jeff My brother war story. 

He was brought in by Big Blue Great Britain to oversee a  project that gone serious wrong. A board meeting with 13 + vice president was held and Jeff wrote a report on the results. 

13 vice president were fired.

Conclusion of report. No one  accepted responsibility everybody else was at fault.

Big Blue wanted the project done. Not excuses. That what BGM needs to happen like now and going forward.
