Got a hold of the company. 

 

This is an OLD debt from old management, its 40,000$ people... that is

NOTHING. 

They still own 5 properties, one in sask is for sale.  They might get 100K for that property.

The other 4 properties are probably worth 2 - 3 million $, complete with reserve estimates.  The filling

fees have been paid and the financials will be out on time at end of april.  This company is NOT going

away, if anything this is a positive because its 40K of old debt cleared up.  In my opinion this is a huge

over reaction sell off.  Good luck all.
