In IG case as well as Harken -HKN- (Oil concession cancelled 10 years ago) , courts are politicized and there's no legal security for investors in CR, especially regarding mineral exploitation. You know, it;s in CR DNA, 90 years ago the CR Government and its courts ruled against the Sinclair Oil Co. concession, the US corporation invested and lost millions of dollars back in the 1920's. Anyway, is time to stop this inmoral and illegal commercial and legal practices once and for all.
