Radman , you read statements a little differently than I do.

Earnings per share for the four months ending Dec. 2012 is 0.00 . That is considerably better than the 0.01 loss per share than than previous reporting period but 0.00 is break even .

There was no revenues from the manway product or the ETS purchased last year although KLS is paying a $6500/month consult fee.

Company says they still plan to raise money through PPs.

Still waiting for some earnings ( profits ). Maybe next time .
