You may very well be entirely correct, P. My thesis is that gold will eventually head much higher due to all the QE going on worldwide....this could be delayed by CB's and the Fed messing with the markets and/or by a sense that 'all is well' and that the US economy is recovering........as for ANS, I think that the US housing market will continue to recover as people need a place to live and that the market in Japan will grow thanks to QE there.  I am not optimistic long term for the global economies and expect that we will enter into a prolonged period of stagflation once all the QE has worn off..........I really hope I am wrong and that things will gradually improve...just can't see one of the basic laws of physics being disproven.....every action has a reaction....you can't print that much money without causing inflation..........all imho.
