The deposit is just metal in the ground and without capital it's nothing. There are numerous examples of companies with excellent deposits that have seen their stock crater. Off the top of my head, Exeter resources and Selwyn come to mind. There is no deposit that is so good it can't be fcuked up my incompetent management. Not saying that is the case here but, as good as an asset is, it would be wise to remember that one possible definition of an asset is something that gets sold for pennies on the dollar in a bankruptcy. Right now the company doesn't have enough cash to see the mine through to production or even show investors a near term pathway to cash flow and that lack of investor interest severly impairs the company's ability to raise cash.
I don't think there is any realistic way Prophecy Platinum becomes an actual mining company in its present form and I don't think it changes its present form while keeping it's present shareholders intact.
