Your two statements are contradictory. If the main reason for doubt is the mining activity, with which I agree FWIW, then all the outlying leases are ours, and the only thing in contention is the disputed portion of Rochester Pit. I wouldn't call all those outlying claims 'nothing'.

As far as the Rochester Pit, they have a case, but so do we. I would just as soon settle that part out of court, but who knows what is going on behind the scenes.
