I just phoned my friend who is in Commercial construction. he says that if Argex had to buy the land and build....the square foot cost of a plant that size is $60/sq.ft or about $16 Million plus land. So they just save probably $20 Million...they also have spead up the process by about a year.....Great work Enrico and Roy!!!
