I believe Oogee was beside me at the bar during that conversation after the Toronto Presentation so I would ask him to confirm. It might be an idea to review the presentation where Lee Shepherd is describing the thyristor and its capabilities. I am hoping that Opel knocks on the doors of all the military contractors ahead of making any deal with BAE. If the technology is as good as Lee has expressed then they should be lining up to get a chance to be the owner.
