Thanks for this info. What specifics on the agreement with BAE would hinder/stop any other company from purchasing/licensing the military side of the business, if any. Does OPEL pay BAE for their testing?

I would think the agreement would not allow their joint work between BAE/OPEL to be easily sold to a competitor.
