Further the above, what if there is ore that was mined long ago, sitting in tailings piles on our portion of the Rochester Lease?  If Couer claims ownership of this ore, based on when it was mined (long before the payment snafu), wouldn't they owe us some form of 'rent' for storing their stuff on our land the last two years?

 

You can bet your bottom dollar the courts don't want to mess with this.  I assume there will be tremendous pressure to settle this out of court, maybe with a court appointed meditor.
