joey as i understand it  until the 5 mil is spent its just an option and the jv comes into play at the 51% mark as oiley was saying . it gives lgr the option to walk away at any time and no commitments left and i suspect that dell could back out if he returns the money to lgr if an offer surfaced. until the drill turns and the results speak its all pointless imho, something like he said she said have ,,a good one.
