The company needs to come out with a detailed explanation about what the problem is and why there is a hold up. Shareholders are fed up with the countless lies and they need to fire Nick Smith and slow down their cash burn rate anyway possible. If this is going to drag on for another year they should of received more funds from IMC. This is ridiculous how this has gone on for months on end and noone seems to know what is going on with the company. Had they not blatantly lied to the shareholders it would not be as big of a problem. I'm surprised the stock exchanges have not shut them down or suspended the company from trading based on all of the misleading statements, video interviews and press releases from the company.
