Capstone management have never developed or operated a hydro power project. Thjey contract out the operations of their facilities to one of their competitors Regional power who is developing hydro power projects in BC and using Capstone resources to aid them. Why are they funding their competitors and not developing their own? These guys should be doing deals soon to get the value of the company up before they are taken out.
