I am continually surprised by some of the people (imo.. bashers) on this board and how uneducated they are about this company. It has been said many times that there are other translation programs out there. Sure there are, but what makes Ortsbo different is that it is not a translation program. It has the ability to translate languages in real time. That is why the customer care groups are so interested. If you have ever asked for help online using the chat function on the companies website.. (ie) Bell, Rogers, Samsung, etc). you willl soon realize how beneficial a real time translation feature would be when communicating with the people sitting behind the customer care desks. Sometimes they do not speak fluent english but are hired to help customers because of their knowledge of the technology.
Also, my opinion on the decline of Alexa, is that Alexa numbers for Ortsbo have dropped because Ortsbo is being integrated into other websites. Therefore, people are still using it (probably alot more than 212 million) but it isn't showing up because they are not going to the Ortsbo website but are using it on other websites. It is seamlessly integrated to the point that many people aren't even aware they are using it. That is the real power behind Ortsbo..
