if in fact it was at the behest of rusal to add on the sga mini line, then rusal should have been made to pay for this add on, which could then have later been substracted from the overall deal...but orbite SHOULD have said to rusal...ok., you want us to pay a lot more to add this line on to satisfy you? fine..you pay for it... because our shareholders shouldn't have to when the inevitable costs rise and delays come...it would have been a good faith gesture to ask rusal to pay for the mini sga add on....if you disagree with this, then for sure you are just so pro orbite that you will never look at how they are building this business with anything approaching a critical eye. I dont mind the mini sga line add on, but rusal should have paid for it if they wanted it.
