All I will say is email David, he will clarify as much as he can.  He will shed light on that article, as much as he can anyway.  I emailed him today and he got back to me immediately.  No , I won't be posting his email as someone in here said I shouldn't do that.  He did say that this is all a part of the propaganda that this COALITION (Jogorku Kenesh) is coming up with to challenge the license.  He stated that he was traveling to KG tomorrow to prepare responses.  He stated that he will not be commenting on FALSE INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN POSTED.
