Very nice move on a down day for gold. We will never see the court case in my opinion, after the Orko Silver takeover (which will be wrapped up end of April) Coeur stated that they would be on the acquisition trail again looking at one or two smaller companies, read Rye Patch Gold.

Any idea what Rye Patch would be worth in a takeover, including the LH claims? Makes total sense for Coeur to take Rye Patch out before the court case when there is still some uncertainty as to the outcome. Judge should rule in Rye Patchs favour but you never know.

About time Rye Patch stirred a bit.
