commerical status in Q3 which is good yet not happy with the 15m new shares coming out. I guess they want to averaqge down as well as insiders are taking 10m of the 15m and more than likley the other 5m if no one else steps up. Yet with the price at .14 today, why would they have not just bought the .10 lot from teh company instead of paying more. Makes me wonder if the full 15m are allocated already.
