ok..thx mbartlet..my position is still the same...they should have started small, produced revenues, show it works, THEN upgrade the hpa ....rusal would have still signed if they just proved the simple hpa tech worked...it wasnt necessary to want to whole enchilada at once...thats how I see it...i think the scientists got carried away with what they were finding...which is great, BUT, one thing at a time...
