I think about 75% of the new home sales are for properties costing $750K and up.  I think the unskilled and lower class cannot find jobs.  I see a country with little manufacturing; I see a country that can't compete with large emerging countries.  I see a country top heavy with wealthy that don't want to be taxed to ease our debt and strengthen our dollar. I see the wealthy getting way richer while the others squander.   I see some stocks at all time high because they pay 2% dividends and are a safe haven for the wealthy that are not finding better investments to get better returns from.  I see too many regulations everywhere (I put a bid on a house last year and signed over 30 pages whereas when I sold real estate 15 years ago, the sales agreement was a two sided page with the radon waiver included.  I see lawyers strangling our country.  I see the media touting BS.  But I do see coal coming back and L and L looking the strongest in years.  That's what I think Sharpei.
