The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE: Back on VIT

RE: Back on VIT

Van, I've long said that victoria would be bought or jv'd so I agree with you....but I now think a jv is the most likely outcome. The reason is that victoria is intricately involved in the approval process and as such has an important role to play in the final approval of their mine. They likely will come out owning 25% of the deal but that will be huge as the properties will likely prove out to be a multiple zone mine. I see at least 2 and probably more heap leach operations. I also see Kinross as the partner. That way every one of the major players wins. Kinross, Victoria and Sun Valley Gold all would be huge winners.

That said, it would also solve the financing aspect of the deal because Kinross can simply write a check for the $400 million. KGC, Sun Valley and Victoria as well as common shareholders would all make money on the deal. I believe you are correct that all of this will take place in the near term.
