I think this supports my contention that large take out values per flowing BOE ($65k to $85k) per flowing BOE are generated from other considerations than a mere BOE of production. Based on this statement and using the proven plus probable values it would appear that ARW is worth 1040 x 20k or 20 million less debt divided by O/S or about .25 per share. Additionally it looks as though there won't be any additional contributing oil flow from either West Hazel or the new well at Little Bow until after spring break up...
It will be interesting to see the financials this May... current capex would seem to be exceeding revenue plus cash on hand so I would expect news of some sort of financing to be in the offing, PP or LOC increase likely
