I disagree. Some stocks deserve to have the tar knocked out of them. There is a lot of "junk" on the TSX-V, but CEX is not one of those. Fair value is probably conservatively 35¢ or the high end is 50¢.
That makes 20¢ look pretty good to me. You buy what you want, and I'll own this one and a few choice other stocks. If you curious what else I like inbox me.
