Colossus cash flow guarantee details?

Hi, the 2012 annual report mentions "Colossus has guaranteed certain minimum annual deliveries for the initial 10 year period, commencing in 2013 so long as the mine is in operation." But it does not seem to provide any specifics on what the actual cash flow guarantee amounts are. Does anyone perhaps have more info on this?
