Tombstone Exploration Corporation is a mining company, which holds a 40% interest in the Bonanza Project property in Salome, Arizona, a 100% interest in the Stardust Project in Yuma County, Arizona and a 100% interest in the Tombstone Project in Tombstone, Arizona. The Bonanza Project is its acquisition, and the property includes the Harquahala and Golden Eagle mines, located approximately eight miles south of Salome, Arizona. The project totals 2,656 acres and has significant underground workings. It holds the mineral rights to approximately 400 acres of Bureau of Land Management lode claims, which includes the Stardust Mine in Yuma County Arizona, the Eagletail Mining District. It holds the mineral rights to over 640 acres in the historical western Tombstone silver mining district. Its property area lies within the historic Tombstone Mining District, Cochise County, Arizona. The town of Tombstone, Arizona is over 70 miles southeast of Tucson and 24 miles northwest of Bisbee, Arizona.
