RE: RE: RE: RE: the Strategy Alright, so perhaps I'm generalizing here a bit. And I for one, aswell as many of you was disheartened by the previous financings.
Well they had to release those drill assays at sometime or else they are breaking the law.
My opinion is that management could've done better but it wouldn't have really mattered anyway...
I say this because we are in market where there is no such thing as good news (for resource stocks). I am a longtime Goldcorp and First Majestic Silver holder. Both are the top of their class producers with huge growth profiles ahead of them. Both are posting record revenues, profits, growth, reserve growth, etc all at record levels. And not once in the past 2 years has either company ever traded accordingly. All I know is when I entered the market over a decade ago, i was taught that a profitable company was a good thing in any sector. And indeed it is... In any sector other than resources.
How long can it last? I don't know. TWD eventually came around and we had no shortage of negative posters on that board. Indeed, Mr. Hulot was there everyday telling us the evils of fench-fry machines and Joe Dwek financings. In the end we ended up getting approx $0.40 in Detour paper. Which i never waited around to get, At the time Detour was aprrox $30 bucks a share. Now Detour is what $15/ share and on nothing but more good news. I sold all on the day of the buyout announcement.
Will we get bought out here? I don't know, but I think a more likely scenario involves some type of merger with MTB, after JDN and MTB come to a final agreement on Silvercoin. Again there is no need for MTB to rush negotiations with JDN at this point. We would get what? a half million in cash for 20% of silver coin if we made a deal now. that's why we see no action there either.
it's my opinion that really the best option is the stall tactic. Only, like the other posters have already said, it will occur in (potential) years, not monthes or weeks...
