Just continues to prove how badly the Chinese want iron ore.  Do you actually think they are going to let the Melville Peninsula slip away from their grasp.  Not a chance.  And if u think operaing in the North is difficult,go read up on some of the challenges they are going to have working in Mexico.  Don't just present the fact they've signed a deal.  And also it took 2 years to make this deal come to life...
