Can anyone elaborate on what the tax benefit to Ridgemont will be and as such what the shares are actually costing them ? Understandably they are taking a calculated risk and someone on our team presented a good case in a tough market .

A fair property in a mining friendly environment in a depressed market ........hmmmmmm could add up to something good lol.

The bad news (reverse split) is out of the way at least and hopefully we move on and up.

This dilution seems minimal for now , we can only hope there is not more coming soon.
