I don't agree on 1$ but agree that management has really wrecked this company by not being transparent and timely with updates like YE financials and guidance.  

Something is Coming though. It has to be. they also gotta know what an announcement of no acceptable bid will do. Have a little more patience and in the next month we will see an announcement.  Either a sale or an update of what the hell is going on.

i hope NOVUS management pays attention to this board.
