OK, you want other people doing homework for you. Here are the answers you are supposed to find out for your DD and I am assuming you are a long term investor. You are looking for a sector which tie to the rise and fall of interest rate, so hong long will the interest rate stay at this low level? How did the sector perform compare with the Company you are interested and why? Management always the key for a Company to be successful? So who are the management? Why did the Company list in TSX not in NY? Why did they do a bought deal at $10.35 when every company in the sector did a much better price recently? Did you check how many analysts follow this stock and waht did they say? After you answer thse question, you will have a clue what you are buying and knows the chances of winning.
