I'll go out on a limb here and bet that the listing doesn't go through. After all, in order to get a listing the minimum share value MUST be maintained... and I doubt that any brokerage firm is willing to stake everything they have to back the stock.

I also believe that there is more than one brokerage house salavating at the prospect of short trading Ortsbo to death and I don't think they will have a difficult time doing it.

lol... I'm surprised that this listing is still on the books... I in my 20+ years of investing have never seen it take 2 years to get a listing... I hope those lawyers work cheap, or this will be the most expensive listing in U.S. history!
