I do not need to read it one more time. The fact that they owned 6.7% was not lost on me - what was lost on me was the significance of them adding less than a tenth of a percent to that after the bid came in. That tells me only that they think that the odds favor either a deal at 38 cents succeeding or a possible higher bid coming in. But that is what we all think, because it is a low ball bid. If MMAM bought in the millions of shares, it would show even higher conviction along those lines, or that they may be "making a move". But a purchase of 345k shares, or what, like $125,000 of stock, as a means to get a better price out of Kelso? I don't think so, and don't see this as anything at all to get excited about. MMAM: prove me wrong, please!
