the financial partner and the business partners in addition may not even bound to insider rules like BXI is. It depends on their countries and the rules applied their.

What do you think about how the insider legislation looks like on the British Virgin Island, Bahamas, Liechtenstein or Mauritius ? In most of such countries such legislation does not even exist and if, then it is not executed, and if executed the threat is negligible....

Did you know that most of foreign shares of Chinese Companies are held by bank depositis in countries like Mauritius? Not the US, not Europe,not even Chinese deposits....
