below $2.75 - crazy! At March 31, this company could probably wind up operations and still pay every shareholder off at over $2 per share (and that is giving plant/equip very little value). Given the cost to set up this sub-assembly business, there is no way Ford or an outsider is going to take over the current contract. So even if earnings continue at just 2/3 last year's for the remainder of the contract (assuming no wind or other contracts) to june 2014 and you assume plant/equip is only worth pennies on the dollar,
BY MY CALCULATIONS, THE COMPANY COULD WIND UP OPERATIONS AND PAY US ALL $2.75 PER SHARE.
That is -- realisitcally IMO -- worst case scenario...and people are selling below $2.75 right now. Where is Donville at?
