Itrade Problem?

Itrade Problem?

Did anyone have trouble with Itrade his am? I placed orders that were received but not acknowledged until about 15 minutes after the market opened. I was diss-allowed from trading for the first 15 minutes. They claim it was technology problems! Cost me several thousands of dollars. Anyone with the same issue?
