Generally speaking Sancab you are mostly correct with your observations.

However, I have considerable doubts about Mr Market agreeing with you that the AU sector HAS to rebound and it WILL.

 

Just look at the terrible 5 year DMM chart and you will see a very steady and painfull decline all the way from plus 5.50 hit the end of November, 2009 and it becomes obvious that there remain some very serious issues specific to DMM.

 

I sure hope that you and the other (very) longs have some steady eddies in your portfolio like Telus for example just in case Mr Market sees things differently than you do for the AU sector.
