I suspect you are reading too much into the AGM date.  My recollection is the stock was $1.90 when they first announced the review. Is is now lower.. My experience, and I hope I am wrong, tells me the market is indicating they belive there is virtually no chance of a take-over at this time of if there is one it wil be around 2 dollars or a little more if Sil 10 results are positive.
