I agree that things are bad but things could be worse... I'd much prefer to see them get paid for undelivered oil than not have any cash flows whatsoever. I'd also like to believe that once repairs have been made, losses will be much less, at least initially. Mart production is also limited by pipeline capacity... If they can get a deal signed with shell and a tie-in built then they will have a much easier time making up their shortcomings
