Thiis news release says it all. VIable, and will build 3 more plants.  What the numbers are and the potential will  become clearer over time.  CS sounds like he is very happy things worked out this way.  I am also, equity, income and no Bioexx future liabilities except build plants for others and take part of the equity and profits.  I would assume in the future Bioexx could build and own /get ever larger shares of future plants, those beyond 3  now agreed upon.  Bioexx did not hire a leading Marketing firm without having a much larger strategic plan,I would assume.  SP will. Follow....
