bought 3800 cpg a few years ago at 36.93...few mths ago added 1500 at 39.27..today got the dividend into my rrsp account..am thinking of buying  a small amount with my unused margin room to take advantage of good price .am also holding 1344 shares  pwt at cost of 29$..that company has great land..not so great management.Good luck to all.
