Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: YES!!

RE: YES!!

Yes indeed.  Mongolia wanted Torquise Hill to source their power from Mongolia.  Currently, Torquise Hill is being allowed to get power from China but they were limited to four years before they are required to source power from Mongolia.

Chandgana could be the idea solution for the Mongolian Government, Torquise Hill, and Prophecy Power Authority.  It is a win-win-win situation all around.

In addition, I also like this statement in the news release:

One interested IPP enterprise has established an office in Mongolia, and is collaborating with Prophecy on the Power Project's technical and commercial aspects. Joint development discussions on the Power Project are actively on-going with a number of IPP enterprises.
